The Hubis team of INRGREF in Tunisia organized a participatory workshop on November 22, 2021, with a group of 20 farmers and representatives of water users’ association (GDA). This workshop aims to present the low-cost sensor systems developed as part of Paul Vandôme’s thesis work to meet the needs of farmers, previously identified through interviews and field visits. A demonstration of the operation of these sensors was carried out, with a discussion around the next steps for the installation of these systems in the perimeter. Six farmers volunteered to participate in this experiment.
